History Of Canada With Indian Sikh In Canada (Part-2)

The first example of European colonialism was seen by Norsemen around 1000 AD at Le'Anseaux in Newfoundland.  Italian sailor John Cabot then directly explored the Atlantic coast of Canada in 1497 and asserted authority in the name of King Henry VII of England. [14] [15] It was only after this that Basque and Portuguese sailors made the Atlantic coast in the 16th century.  But established fishing and whale hunting posts. [16] In 1534 French explorer Jacques Cartier discovered the St. Lawrence River in Canada and established a trade checkpoint, occupying the area known as King Francis I of France.  [17] Although this garrison could not last long, in 1583, Sir Humphrey Gilbert, the royal prerogative of Queen Elizabeth I, founded St. John's in Newfoundland as the first English colony on North American. [18]  French explorer Samuel de Champlin arrived there in 1603 and established the first permanent European settlements, Port Royal (in 1605) and Quebec City (in 1608).

The four provinces of Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick were officially announced on July 1, 1867, under the 1867 Constitution Act, after several constitutional conventions. [21] Canada granted Rupert's land and the Northwest Territory Tribunal  The Northwest Territories were formed by the tax, the same the complaints of the Matisse led to the revolt of the Red River and the creation of Manitoba province in July 1870

This is when people of Indian origin are in large numbers in Canada.  There is a considerable population of Sikhs here.  The importance of Sikhs can also be gauged from the fact that Justin Trudeau has four Sikh ministers in his cabinet.

The Canadian PM is also known as Justin 'Singh' Trudeau for his generosity towards Sikhs.

Actually, it is being said that Khalistan rebel groups are active in Canada and Justin Trudeau has sympathy with such groups.  It is being said in the foreign media that in recent years, tensions have increased due to increased support for independent Khalistan in North America in the government of Canada and India.
