History Of U.K.

Before telling the history of Britney, it is necessary to know what Britain is.  Great Britain is the name of the island in northwestern France and eastern Ireland.  It is a part of the continental continent that lies on the northwest coast of the continental continent.  Great Britain is the ninth largest island in the world.  Its area is 209,331 square kilometers.  Scotland, Wales and England are a part of this island.  These three autonomous regions are to some extent.  England is located in the southeastern part of Great Britain.  Wales is located to the south-west and Scotland to the north.

The United Kingdom has mainly four administrative regions: - Scotland, Wales, England and Ireland. The official name of this country is 'United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland'. That is, it includes all the islands of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and its capital is London. The sixth part of the north of the island of Ireland, known as Northern Ireland, is the administrative region of the United Kingdom. The rest of the island of Ireland is an independent country called the Republic of Ireland. The greater part of the United Kingdom is the island of Great Britain.

The British Empire, which was at its peak in 1922, encompassed about a quarter of the world's territories and was the largest empire in history. British influence can still be seen in the language, culture and legal system of its former colonies.

In its first century, the United Kingdom played an important role in developing Western ideas of the parliamentary system as well as making significant contributions to literature, art and science.

After Napoleon's defeat in the Napoleonic Wars, the UK emerged as a major force in the Navy in the 19th century and remained a noted power until the mid-20th century. By 1921, the British Empire had expanded to its maximum size, achieving the Confederate Mandate of Nations over the German and Ottoman colonies after World War I. A year later, the world's first large-scale international broadcast network, BBC, was created.

Great Britain is part of more than 6000 British Isles, including Ireland in the west, and smaller islands such as Anglesey and Skye.

The Parliament under the United Kingdom is sovereign-dominated, but individually each country has some degree of autonomy.
